Selection Guide

1. Determine the voltage requirement: Select 12V or 24V series products according to the rated voltage of the monitoring equipment;

2. Calculate power and current: Count the total power and current of all equipment that needs power supply, select models with matching electrical specifications (current, power), and it is recommended to reserve more than 20% power margin;

3. Determine the number of circuits: Select models with 4, 9 or 18 circuits according to the number of equipment and grouping requirements;

4. Consider the cooling method: Natural cooling is suitable for environments with good ventilation and low power; Fan cooling is suitable for high-power and high ambient temperature scenarios;

5. Match the installation space: Select products with corresponding box sizes according to the size limitations of the installation location.

Installation Requirements

1. The installation environment must be well-ventilated, away from heat sources, water sources and corrosive gases;

2. The equipment should be fixed on a flat and solid surface to avoid vibration;

3. When wiring, strictly distinguish between input and output terminals, ensure correct polarity and firm connection;

4. A fuse that meets the specifications must be connected to take overload protection measures;

5. The installation process must comply with local electrical safety regulations and be operated by professional electricians;

6. For fan-cooled models, ensure that the fan outlet is not blocked, and clean the fan dust regularly.

Multiple Protections

· Overload protection: When the load is greater than 20% of the rated power, the protection circuit is triggered;

· Overcurrent protection: When the output current is greater than 10% of the rated current, the protection circuit is triggered;

· Overvoltage protection: When the output voltage is greater than 15% of the rated voltage, the power supply is turned off;

· Short-circuit protection: When a short-circuit fault occurs at the output end, the power supply is turned off with no output.
